I picked up a bag of this recently, just to try. I put in a few previously frozen, but thawed shrimp to the mix and followed the directions per the bag. I thought that this was a really good and light meal.

I am only upset that I didn't think to heat up a pc of the frozen naan that I also had in the freezer to go with it.
Fire-Roasted Corn
and watch what happens. My kids (4 and 7-years-old)gobbled this up by the spoonfuls. We use it as a side dish and my family loves it...but it has to have a pat of butter, a little dash of salt and a squeeze of lime. Try it this way and you will be hooked!

My 4 year old loved it too -- what a surprise!

just wanted to clarify that the recipe does not require (6) packages of 10oz smoked salmon. Rather, use btw 6 to 10 oz of smoked salmon. Your choice on how much salmon you want to use.

Chocolate Croissants
I would have never discovered these wonderful little gems if it wasn't for this post. I purchased a box about 2 months ago, and I "surprised" my family one morning with these. I now have a box in my freezer at all times. I too have elimated the egg wash step and we have been more than pleased with the final result.

Cioppino Seafood Stew
I didn't think that this was all that wonderful. Meh at best. There was something on the directions that wasn't clear to me. Did you microwave the sauce packet first, and then add in the seafood? Do you add everything together and then mix? While there was a lot of seafood, the sizes of the shrimp, scallops and mussels where underwhelming.

Jasmine Rice
This is perfect in a pinch. We use this to make a quick Indian lunch, using TJ's indian Fare products and frozen naan bread. My husband could not believe that his was quicker than instant and came from the microwave.
