This is good. But you really must love garlic. It's not mustard with a "hint" of garlic - it's garlic with a hint of "mustard."

It's certainly easy to make - and I think makes a better party platter than anything. Also, I recommend pulling the pitas into two pieces as they're a bit dry and overwhelming (the wheat ones, anyway)
