The filling for the enchilada and the use of flour (rather than corn) tortillas is awesome. The filling can definitely be used as a dip or a nacho topping. My only problem is the enchilada sauce (not your fault llijchef). Even though I loved the enchilada, I could still taste that Trader Joe's (aka Taco Bell) sauce. With a better sauce (it's up to you TJ's), this would definitely be the most ultimate enchilada ever. Bravo llijchef!

Petite Cocoa batons
Batons? They're pillow if nothing else. Maybe if we repackaged them as a cereal, they might make more sense. I can totally see them in a bowl with milk. Otherwise, why bother

We should all stop catering to people with their personal dietary problems. Let's create delicious foods, and leave those who are restricted make the adjustments. If we all created a low sodium, low calorie, gluten free, non-dairy, low carb, non sugar, recipe, then it would be called "Air"!

When I read this recipe I was excited. Using the puffins to make a gluten free dessert sounded great. Did you actually taste the crust? It totally destroyed the dessert. While my friends pondered the cheese/blueberry combination, the totally agreed that the crust ruined the whole thing.

Just a question. When you say 1 pkg of Smoked Salmon Pieces, are you talking about the "Just Salmon." The recipe sounds great and would love to make it. I just wanna make it correctly.

I use this salsa all the time for Sloppy Joes. Never thought of using it for meatloaf. I'm hoping that one of these days Trader Joes will carry a wheat cereal like "Wheaties." Try Wheaties for the binder in your next meatloaf. I think you'll like it!

For a milder mustard sauce, use Trader Joe's Garlic Aioli Mustard instead of the Dijon. Thanks MariettaKate for your alternative sauce suggestion.

Trader Joe's already sells a Tzaziki sauce. People who shop at Trader Joe's are not looking to create something we already sell. It's just like the customers who are looking for tahini to make hummus. Why are you making hummus when we sell it ready made (and better than anything you make by the way). A more useful recipe would be on how to cook our lamb and then combine it with the Tzaziki and Middle Eastern Flatbread to create a Gyro. Sorry to be so gruff, but this recipe could be applied to any grocery store. There is nothing here that is truly Trader Joe's.

Which package of Tortellini are you calling for? There's Cheese and Pesto in the refrigerated section, and also many others that are shelf stable. They are all different weights. Can you please clarify? Trader Joe's now carries two different Marinated Bean Salad, and they have different weights as well. I love the concept of the 1 jar, 1 bottle, 1 pkg kind of recipes, but I feel when people who fall in love with TJ's recipes move to parts of the country that don't have Trader Joe's, it would be a nice thing to put size and weight on the products in case they find similar products, but our "jar" is 8 ounces, and theirs is 12.9 ounces. Do you see my point? Even though the recipe is simple, it should be a little more detailed. Thank you.

If you change the cheese to crumbled blue cheese, wouldn't this be a product that Trader Joe's already sells? TJ's already sells this in a bag and in a container.
