Salmon Fillet w/Oregon shrimp and dill
This sounded like Heaven on a plate to me - salmon, shrimp, and cheese? YUM! But God, how average. It got stuck to the plate, the fish was really dry, and the filling was bland. I ended up giving most of this to my cats, who didn't really want it either.

Gnocchi al Gorgonzola
The sauce is absolutely delicious, creamy and perfect, but the gnocchi itself is very hit or miss. It's really easy to overcook it and have it turn out dry and chewy. Tragic!
