I am not a big fan of feta cheese so I was late to try this fantastic appetizer.

Let me just say these little fillo cups are delicately crispy and filled with mild molten cheesy heaven topped with sweet golden onions. YUM!

Like Katie, I too cut off sections of the baking tray to prepare smaller portions when alone. I suggest removing the cooked patry bites from the tray while warm or they get soggy from steam.
These are a great accompaniment to a green salad.

I was very pleasantly surprised by the convenience and truly delicious meal that can be found in this cute little take-out shaped cartons.
The Kung Pao was a nice balance of spicy/salty/sweet with some heat , but not overwhelming. Package says 2 servings but the yield barely fills 1/3 of the misleadingly large carton.
For only $1.99 I have no complaint. I returned today to stock up on these b/c they are so convenient and satisfyin.
