Great, just what I was looking for. I used a 15 oz can of the Organic Pumpkin and added 10 min. to the baking time (70 min.total). My husband moaned when he took the first bite, which means: Great! But next time I'll add some extra spices since the pumpkin mellows the mix as is too much to my taste. The bread remained a little too moist at the bottom, so I think I'll go for 1h. 15 min. next time.
