I'm not really a cook, but looked for spreads for sandwiches because I was getting tired of turkey and mustard everyday (try to stay healthy) and discovered india relish. Loved it was looking online one day since i was wondering about the nutritional content, did a search on "India Relish" (which shouldn't it be named "Indian Relish?...but I digress) and found the recipe above. I'd never made meatloaf, but I love it and it sounded especially good with the relish, so I made it last night. It was a huge pan, I also threw in some sliced mushrooms - evidence of my "cooking", throwing mushrooms into the spaghetti sauce - and I was like how am I going to eat this all. That was last night, it is now 3pm the following day, and it's gone. Now I did stay home because I have a cold today, but I had it for Dinner, Breakfast and Lunch and it's gone. It's very good and easy to make. Only complaint is that it is a little mushy, so perhaps fewer breadcrumbs or maybe use beef (i used turkey). But I had it with rice last night, and had it as a sandwich today. Anyway this post is long enough...
