A great variation on the usual summer cookout fare and a good way to get in some vegetables.

This is a great meal for a working family. It takes no more time than the frozen meals on offer in other supermarkets, and is more nutritious and flavorful. It could be varied by changing the vegetables.

This is probably tasty, although I do not like rosemary in anything. It should be labeled "bean dip" because the word hummus means chick pea in Arabic, and real hummus is made from that legume.

Roast Beef Panini with Horseradish Mayo
This recipe is on the right track, but there is entirely too much fat and too many calories in it. It isn't necessary to use that much mayo, and sour cream, and butter the outside of the bread in order to make a tasty sandwich. Cut down on the fatty ingredients and this should make a good sandwich

Megadarra - Rice and Lentils
This is a good recipe, but why use precooked ingredients to make it. Unless you are really rushed or can't boil water without burning it, it's better to cook your own lentils and rice--cheaper, more healthful and little trouble.
I'm going to the internet for find a real recipe for this dish.

This is a real recipe, for a change. Probably too much trouble for lazy cooks, but good ingredients, well handled. But merlot? That's a comedown.

This a recipe for lazy cooks--easy to throw together, fairly nutritious, flavors that almost everyone likes. Nothing subtle here.

Some people will drink anything.

Ugh! What a waste of chicken.

This is an innocuous recipe. There is nothing objectionable in it,but it is certainly not anything special. Anyone who does stir fry has her own recipes that are at least as good as this one.

Soyaki Honey Apricot Glazed Chicken Legs
Why would anyone in their right mind eat chicken legs that have been baked in honey and apricot jelly? The thought is nauseating. Another Trader Joe's recipe from hell.

Another waste of good ingredients. Anyone who dices tri-tip, mushes up tamales and drains and rinses beans should be shot. When are you going to get a person on this department who really knows how to cook?

Another really bad recipe. Your "cooks" should be relegated to the barn. they seem to like coarse, munchy food.
