I just had these today for the first time, but it definitely won't be the last. These will have to be a staple in my house now. I love the Southwest flavor and can hardly believe they are healthy. I have to say mine was not dry at all - I cooked mine in a skillet, but not too long!

These are great to keep in the car to have a snack on hand for the kids or yourself! Delicious and healthy too!!
