I think that BBQ Grill and Broil is a wonderful product. I put it onto anything I BBQ, and it really livens up a bbq hamburger. I love the touch of chili pepper in it.

I also use the Steak Chop Grill and Broil on Tri-Tip roasts before they go into the oven: I rub a bit of Olive Oil onto the roast, then sprinkle lots of Grill and Broil on it. No other seasoning is needed besides salt. Makes for an easy main dish! I love these "Grill and Broil" spice sprinkles.

I was wondering if this recipe was an appetizer?? or a dish to serve with or over rice?

It sounds good, but just need to know how to serve it.

Zen Bakery Fibercakes
To those who wrote they were like diet food and would rather have more calories: heat the muffin and add some butter. The butter takes them to a new level and they are absolutely yummy!

I forgot to mention, I also add ice to my smoothies to make them go farther and make them more like a traditional smoothie. You can make the smoothie however you want.

Fire-Roasted Corn
I use this product all the time - in soups, stews, casseroles, as well as TJ's corn soup. I love the flavor it lends - a more authentic flavor

This Maple Cream Line Yogurt is indeed fabulous. I also love the plain yogurt as well and use it to make a parfait: thawed frozen TJ's strawberries, then a sprinkling of TJ's granola, then top it off with a dollop (or two) of the plain Cream Line Yogurt...its a healthy dessert.
