scrambled eggs. I tried it a few nights ago when I was craving protein.

Oh my goodness, it was amazingly decadently wonderful.

A friend of mine has been raving about these for some time now. She finally bought me a bag to try and I'm eating them now.

I plan to put some in small ziploc bags for airline travel because the blend of salty/sweet is wonderful.

And the smaller bags will mean I won't finish this 14 oz portion... because they are good!

I spread a very thin layer on some dark gingerbread and it was amazing.

mixing some of the TJ's mango sauce with some light whipped cream? A dollop of that on top goes quite nicely together!

I actually found them to be too minty? And I love the heck outta chocolate and mint...

I found the best thing is to use less of the frozen cheese discs when cooking. I agree with another poster who said do NOT overcook these! Watch the cooking time.

fresh basil. Once you've finished cooking, finish off with some shaved parmesan and cracked black pepper. I'm interested in trying the chicken + peas with it but for now, I'll stick with the simple version :)
