I am usually not a plain croissant fan, but these are fantastic.
I don't think of them as mini size at all, once that pouf over night, they are quite big.
If anybody at TJ is listening, MAKE the chocolate croissants in mini size too!
Rumour has it that these (and the chocolate croissants) are made by Galaxy Desserts in California, who indeed make the Williams-Sonoma ones (there is a video on the WS website).

I looked forward to trying these after enjoying fresh dragon fruit on a trip to asia. I was VERY disappointed in these. They were chewy, bitter, and do not resemeble dragonfruit taste at all.

I made brownies with the mix, it's great. It came out more "cakey" for me (which I prefer, as I usually don't like brownies). I made them into little brownie bites by using silicon baking cups, brought it to work and my co-workers love them and most still didn't realize I used a mix. I even made them using applesauce instead of butter, they still turned out great.

Fantastic yogurt very creamy and not sour at all. I like to add maple syrup or jam to it for breakfast. I also used it as a substitute for sour cream in baking and cooking recipes.
