I've already gone through several bags.
It's very versatile and complements fish and beef.

I've carmelized onions and then thrown in some sliced brown mushrooms until soft. Then added the chicken broth and grains. It was fantastic.

Another time, I had about 1/3 c. of regular orzo that I wanted to use. I threw that in with the mix, and cooked it all up at once. It was fantastic, and the addition of the orzo gave it a different texture.
