Steel Cut Oatmeal
I love TJ's Steel Cut Oatmeal. Add a handful of Raisins to give you so Potassium and I'm good to go. Couldn't sleep one night so I got up and fixed myself a bowl of TJ's Oatmeal and sleep like a baby. Tried it since with the same affect. Who needs sleeping pills when Steel Cut Oatmeal does a better job without the drugs. Try it!
