Scallops on the Half Shell
I normally don't care for scallops, but these are great. My wife who likes scallops is begging me to get another box. Exceeded expectations. Very tender, and not too fishy. Only slight downside might be the sauce - it is tasty but very "foreign" to me. By foreign, I mean that I see what's in it from the box, but that doesn't account for what I'm tasting. That didn't stop us from eating the leftover sauce on crackers.

Stuffed Poblano Peppers
I like these a lot. Lots of heat, and very satisfying. My wife refuses to eat them because she can't make out what it is she is eating (looks like a melted cheesy mess). All the more for me. Like another reviewer said, the microwave heating instructions seem to be off (leaves it undercooked).

A great product, pies and other things always turn out right, and taste noticeably better than usual (because of the butter I assume). I always keep a box of these in the freezer for emergency use. These are the only frozen pie crusts I have seen that are made with butter instead of shortening, and it makes a difference. It's also the only brand I can buy locally that doesn't contain lard. BTW don't microwave these things to make them thaw faster. The package warns you not to do this, but some people like me don't listen... microwaving will make the butter separate out and melt holes in the crusts.
