I have noticed these yummy cookies are now packaged in Trader Joe's packaging. Same yummy madeleines though.

I tried this recipe this weekend and everyone thought it was delicious!

Take two Traditional madeleines (Donsuemor is the best), place in the bottom of a wine or martini glass, layer with fresh berries that have been tossed with a favorite liqeur (like Limoncello, Chambord or Grand Marnier),(I used Chambord) top with sweetened whipped cream, scatter top with additional fresh berries.

Everyone ooohed and ahhhed at the presentation and thought it was the best dessert they had EVER had!!!! Give it a try! I'm going to use it for my annual July 4th party with strawberries and blueberries.
