To make for a quick assembly, I used a box of Oscar Mayer's pre-cut thick bacon. I also added 1/3 C. Rondele's Cheddar & Horseradish flavor Spreadable Pub Cheese to give it more flavor. I used cherry tomatoes but was very careful to remove all seeds and the juice. I also omitted the green onion. I served it with Trader Joe's Pita Bite Crackers and think it was the perfect cracker to create a BLT flavor. Delicious!
