These are fantastic! I admit I don't follow the directions for cooking though.
We have "asian appetizer night" in our house once a week. These shu mai, along with the tempura vegetables, and the chicken potstickers make a great meal! Serve with the soyaki sauce instead of the sauces they come with and you've got a wonderful meal! I microwave the shu mai and the potstickers straight from the freezer on a plate for 2 mins, then place on a tray and bake with the tempura veggies for 18 mins. Everything comes out GREAT! |
