Meatless Corn Dogs

My kid likes them

I havent' tried them yet, but my son gobbled them down, and didn't notice that they are meatless. I served them with TJ's sweet potato fries, and there were no leftovers. I baked both items in my toaster oven.

FYI, there are 9 grams of protein per corn dog, not 3.

Fire Roasted Vegetables with Balsamic Butter Sauce

These are a lovely addition to any meal. The vegetable assortment is different from your usual frozen veggie assortment, and the balsamic butter sauce is delicious. I bought one bag to try them, and will be stocking up on them soon.

The veggies are crisper than I expected, and the white meat chicken is nice. The package says it contains 2.5 servings, which I think is a bit generous - I added some extra rice to stretch it out for two people.
