Gluten Free Frozen Pancakes
I bought these because I've been on a frozen pancake kick (so easy to have a yummy breakfast before work), and they taste very good. The texture in the middle of the pancake (usually if they're not quite hot enough)can be a little mealy, but add some light butter and syrup, and these are super good. They absorb syrup like a dream!

These are terrific with any dip. Try with hummus for a very satisfying snack. Terrific crunchy texture.

These are the most delicious potato chips I've ever had...had these at a party with some spinach dip, and people were asking where they could get some. Great potato flavor. The only downside is the extraordinarily high fat content (even for potato chips)--you can definitely taste the kettle-infused oil, but wow, are they tasty.

I had some doubts about this recipe at first--the lack of water in the crust made it pretty tough to work with as it was extremely sticky. But, it turned out to be quite yummy and was enjoyed by everyone at my NYE party!

Oatmeal Cranberry Dunkers
These cookies are so good, I've bought them for tons of people! We took an unopened package to my Mom and Dad's over Thanksgiving, and in 3 days, they had eaten all but 3 cookies (that's even with all the usual Thanksgiving fare taken into account)! I agree with what was said by another fan, I will have to swear these off as soon as the holidays are over in order to not have to buy bigger clothes (instead of buying up a bunch as I would normally do.

Vegetable Samosas
These are just as good as any samosas I've had in India or US Indian restaurants. They have a lot less of the fried dough component, which makes them quite a bit healthier, I would imagine. I'm especially impressed with the crispiness they maintain after microwaving.

Mexican Red Sauce
I love mixing this sauce with shredded chicken or pork, or even tuna. Then put in a wrap with a little cheddar or jack cheese and zap for about 30-45 sec. YUM!

Tuna in Red Panang Curry Sauce (hot)
I can make a "gourmet" meal in about 15 minutes by heating up a package of the frozen Biryani Rice and stirring in a package of this tuna and some chick peas. Half Indian, half Thai, all delicious!

Yes, it's a weird color (kind of like baby poo) but it really is delicious. Nice bite from the pepper. Goes great with a quesadilla!

Black Diamond Extra Sharp Sliced Cheddar Cheese
Love to divide a piece up into about 6 pieces and top 6 Black Pepper and Olive Oil Triscuits. Zap for about 15 sec. in the microwave and you have an awesomely cheesy snack!

Made a delicious omelet with this cheese! Simply sautee some finely chopped shallots and onion in a little olive oil and add a little salt and fresh ground pepper. Then fill your omelet with the shallot/onion mixture and crumbled White Stilton with Blueberries. When the Stilton melts, get ready to enjoy a masterpiece! Made this for my parents, who aren't terribly adventurous--they loved it. My dad said it was the best omelet he's ever had!
