Loved this! I couldn't find the cilantro dressing and after I read the recipe, I already thought of using TJ's Mango and Papaya Salsa instead.

I tossed 1/2 a bag of the corn, 2 avocados, 1/2 a bag of the shrimp, and 1/3 of the container of salsa together. It didn't even need the cilantro dressing! Holy bonkers it was delicious. It made so much more than I thought it would and I only used half the bag of shrimp! Super healthy, light, and refreshing. Reminds me of a great summer salad. Weeeeee.

Spanakopita
Sooo I pretty much ate the whole tray in one sitting.

I had been craving spanakopita and I saw it at TJs so I had to get it. Delicious and fantastic nutritionals!

This is an excellent recipe! So simple, easy, and fast. I couldn't find the mini mozzarella balls so I just bought a tub of their marinated mozzarella balls and cut them in half.

I only cooked 75% of the pasta because my pot was kind of small but it made a ginormous portion. I don't think the sauce would've been enough had I made the entire package.
