Light Brie

This brie doesn't spread when at room temp, almost rubbery, actually. The taste was missing creaminess as well as just traditional brie cheese flavor. It didn't add anything to my bread/crackers. I'd rather cut calories by eating regular brie or even brie spread, just less often.
