Just wanted to add that I highly recommend the use of good quality anchovies, such as the Trader Joe's brand, in this. The best anchovies are from Italy or Spain, and they should be in olive oil.

You can find cheaper ones in supermarkets but they are almost always from Morocco and are in a combination of oils. These ones are not nearly as good as the TJs brand and you will notice the difference.

Please let me know if you try this -- even if you are "iffy" about anchovies, you will be very surprised at how good this is.

Chipotle Chicken Taco Salad
This sounds awesome! Definitely on my list of things to try.

Have you tried using Trader Joe's Roasted Corn (frozen) in this instead of the canned? I use this a lot, just thawed for salads or in soups and other cooked dishes. Good stuff!

Chicken Patties with Four Cheeses Spinach and Artichoke
Hi -- we found them in the prepared meats area of the refrigerated section -- i think they were fairly close to the bacon and such. But you should just ask to be sure if you can't find them. Our closest TJ has really been moving stuff around so sometimes it's hard to locate anything.

Chocolate Croissants
Finally tried these this morning. Holy-moley, it was practically a religious experience! So flaky and light, with such tasty chocolate inside. They were every bit as good as those I've had from a bakery. And they couldn't be easier to make!

Just one warning, don't make any more than you intend to eat, because if you have more than one sitting in front of you, you WILL eat more than you planned to eat. They are that good!

Genius. I hope they last!

Mashed Potatoes
I've been using these potatoes for years and find them a truly versatile staple. In addition to a great side dish, you can add a few of the frozen chunks to soups and stews to thicken and add flavor. You can't beat the price on these, either!
