Being able to microwave these and have them ready quickly is great -- and they taste great too! I don't think they're that spicy but we have lots of Indian restaurants here in Northern California. If you live somewhere with blander food then these might wake your taste buds up in a hurry! My 10 year old son loves these for an after school snack so I usually keep 2-3 boxes in the freezer when they're in stock. We have about6-8 frozen veggie items we always keep on hand and this is one of them.
