Where did u hear that??? Should I race to my nearest TJ's & start haording bags of them????

There is always a box of this in my freezer during football season! (GO Pats!) As soon as I start getting low, I restock!

Just curoius... has anyone tried cooking the Mojito sauce with chicken in a slow cooker? I've had TREMENDOUS results cooking chicken this way using TJ's Mole, spinach punjab and Mexican pepita sauce.

Try to manually (by hand) stretch out the dough, do NOT roll it! I've found that if I hold the dough out in front of me and kind of jostle it while rotating, it thins itself out perfectly. This method & prebaking makes for an excellent pizza, IMHO. You can also grill it with great results!!

Bought 2 bags as soon as these arrived @ our store. Proceeded to eat them both in a weeks time. -I've got to echo the same concern as others have... there is NO WAY the nutritional info on the bag can be right. Right? I've gone back to the store 3 times now... still SOLD OUT. D'oh!

Which mole sauce did you use? There's the one that's non-refridgerated (glass jar), and the one that's in the plastic jar in the refridgerated area. Thanks!
