Did TJ change the recipe or just the box design? I never tried the previous version, just this new one. For me carrot cake is usually just a vehicle for cream cheese frosting, haha, but this Karat Cake was highly recommended so I finally tried it. So moist and soft! (Be sure to fully thaw to appreciate this) And the cream cheese frosting is heavenly, just the right amount of tang. I would rather have this than chocolate cake!

This has been my preferred cooking and baking oil for years. I use it for everything (except when I want olive oil flavor). I love grapeseed for its high smoke point, neutral flavor, and health benefits. TJ only carries one kind and the price keeps going up :(

I can get 3 portions per bag, which makes me wish there were 3 sauce packets and not just 2. Look out for the small bits of chicken fat in some of the pieces. The chicken heats up moist and not rubbery at all. The sauce is yummy and not too salty like some brands *cough*Soy Vay*cough*

I grew up on Bull's Eye. Now either my tastes changed or the brand did, but the brand now tastes too smoky to me. My mother and I have the same taste in BBQ sauces, so I asked for her recommendation. Thank you, Mom! TJ's KC BBQ sauce is now my new standby. It's not too sweet, not too smoky, not too tomato-ey, and most importantly, not too spicy. I like that it comes in a GLASS bottle, but still, I wish the screw top were better designed. You have to wipe the screw top part before putting it away or else it cruds up. It's a minor quibble though.

These potato-based burgers have a very nice masala flavor. I heat the patty in a skillet so it gets crispy on the edges. They remind me of a hashbrown, so I like to serve it with "steam-fried" eggs. But next time, I think I'll tuck one inside a toasted pita. Yes, it tastes like a pakora, but without the greasy batter. Not bad for 120 calories each!

The rice doesn't have much flavor, so I sprinkle a bit of sea salt over it. One bag is two servings. Keep leftovers in the bag, fold over and stick in the fridge. To reheat, just pop the folded bag in the microwave for 1 minute and you've got fresh rice again. Don't overheat! Sure I could cook brown rice from scratch, but I don't bother.

I used to snack on a few beans before gym for the caffeine boost, hehehe. The dark chocolate covering goes really well with the roasted beans. Caution: You may want to floss afterwards! ;)

This is pretty good for a frozen entree. There is an average of five chicken pieces, but plenty of mild curry sauce to eat with the brown rice. I buy this for those days I'm craving Indian curry, but don't want to go out for a full blown Indian meal. This is a convenient lunch to bring to work. Watch out though---I could still smell the curry spices on my clothes after I had eaten. This is not cubicle-friendly ;)

I love spicy food, but holy moly, this rice will make your mouth buzz. I agree with the previous review that chicken would go really well with this rice...maybe some plain poached chicken to off-set the spiciness. I generally don't have much luck with TJ's frozen bagged entrees, but I would buy this again. It piqued my curiosity in Peruvian food!

This is the only brand I will buy for eating with salsa or nacho cheese. They are thin and easy on your front teeth when you bite down on one. They are perfectly, lightly salted. Do not stock up because the chips go rancid after a month in a hot kitchen.
