This is the cheapest Brie at TJoes. May not have some of the character of the French Bries they have coming in, but I like it better. Plain good is how I would describe it.

The stilton with apricots is really good with the right cracker. TJoes used to have english graham cracker that was perfect. Plain entertainer cracker in organic cracker box (a must for cheese) is decent. Just got some Savoritz Cornbread crackers at Aldis of all places which may be an excellent match. Not like other stiltons. Nice sweet taste.
