Chicken Chile Verde
I always cook this on the skillet frozen and drain away the water as it cooks. I leave it in the skillet till it reduces down a bit. It actually tastes like my moms chile verde. I use it as a filling for enchiladas and sopes instead of just shredded chicken and they turn out delicious.
