Delicious as a side dish, entree, or as a "pasta" salad. I like to
1 .cook it in veggie stock
2. toss with lemon juice, peppers, feta, and basil

Just kind of plain. Won't buy again.

and much cheaper than the ones sold at gourmet stores

Salty, but sophisticated.

Sadly, at my Illinois Trader Joes they told me that they've been discontinued.
