Premium Salmon Patties

This is one of the rare disappointments I have encountered in 25+ years (!) of shopping TJs. The patties simply stunk like a can of cat food and the texture was well, very "ground up". I'll stick with whole filets, thank you.

Chimichurri Rice

Use this as a base for great soup!!

I make a ham stock, add a bit of ham cut in small bits, and dump in a bag of this rice. We prefer it "stew like" with just a bit of broth and then top it all off with a healthy dollop of Plain 0% Fage yogurt. A can of black beans would also be good.
