Picks up the spices of your sauce and the texture is great, I have used in stir frys and tacos. Both meals, were excellent vegan takes on the traditional recipies. Will definitely be on my "repeat purchase" list

I used this last night with Trader Joes Stir Fry vegetables from the produce section and Trader Joes Meatless Meatballs for a twist on beef stir fry vegan style...I added a little more heat with Trader Joes' Chilli Sauce and Jalepeno Pepper sauce...OMG it was terrific and each item will be a staple on my shopping list
