Try the Red and Yellow versions as well. I microwave the frozen broccoli, mixed bell peppers, or snow peas and add it in.

I tried it because of the comments here. It's great on toast, too. It's imported from the UK, that's why it's authentic.

This is great with the Melange a Trois frozen bell peppers, microwaved, or even fresh bell peppers. The green curry is also great, the yellow curry is good but not as good as the red and green. As of today, it hasn't been discontinued, but they run out of the red and green varieties frequently.

These are great. I go through a couple of bags every week. They microwave very well and make a great snack. Delicious with a little soy sauce, too.
