Ok so it's 150 calories, but almost every comment has said you need to add some kind of sweetener (brown sugar, berries, etc). And the reason the serving size is greater than packaged oatmeal is because most of the weight is from the water already mixed in.
If you're looking for a low-calorie, perfectly sweetened, quick, and great textured oatmeal, try Dr. McDougall's Organic Instant Oatmeal, Light Maple Brown Sugar. By the way, always use the boiling water method for any instant oatmeal, microwaving makes it mushy.
