These are very, very cute. Make sure you let them warm up a little bit before serving, as they can be a challenge to bite if they're straight out of the freezer. They're nice to serve when having guests with a hot cup of coffee.

I made this for dinner last night because of this review. It was really good and really easy. I didn't llike the scent of the sauce as it was warming in the micro, but it combined with the chicken perfectly. The chicken is of good quality-- not icky bits of tendon or gristle here. I'm thinking the next time I make this, I might throw some red peper flakes in with the sauce to make is spicier, but it's really good the way it is. Just as good as (or better than) Panda Inn's.

Tarte Alsace
When I have people over, I pop this in the oven as they enter, then serve it hot with a little white wine before the salad course.

Boy, I just made me and my gang seem real classy.

Tuna in Red Panang Curry Sauce (hot)
I eat this about once a week over some rice. Heat up the tuna with a little peanut butter mixed in and pour it over hot rice or fresh noodles. Hot and spicy and comforting. Good with a beer or some of that spicy ginger ale!

Low Fat French Toast
These are tasty and healthy, but they do need syrup and maybe a little butter to bring the flavah... If TJ's reworked this, I'd want it with a little more cinnamon taste, or maybe a raisin version.
