Chudleighs Apple Blossoms
I served these to guests last night based on the posts on this site and they were a hit! I heated them in the oven, and the crust came out tender and flaky. Plenty of apple in the filling, sweet but not too sweet, and just the right amount of cinnamon. Yum!

Coconut Curry Chicken Stix
When I saw the word "curry" in the description, I was expecting these stix to taste Indian. In fact, they taste like they've got a bit of Thai red curry paste in the filling. Delicious served alongside tofu yellow curry (made with Trader Joe's thai yellow curry sauce.) and rice.

They were handing these out as samples at my local TJ's yesterday. The whole store smelled so good that everyone was coming around to see what was cooking. The best part was, this chicken tasted as good as it smelled!

Steel Cut Oatmeal
This product is very convenient, and you certainly get your money (and belly's) worth. Still, it's a bit on the flavorless side. I had to thin it out with some milk, then boost the flavor with walnuts, cranberries, and bit of maple syrup before I really enjoyed it.

The first time I saw this, I was disgusted at the idea of such a big block of chocolate (I mean, I like chocolate, but SO MUCH?). Then my husband convinced me to buy a bar. That was the beginning of the end. Now we go through more of these than I care to admit...

 Lemongrass Chicken Stix
I thought the lemongrass flavor was overpowering. I'm hoping to have better luck with the curry stix.

Love it. I use it in place of raita to accompany Indian food.
