Just had these this morning. They are softer then other frozen pancakes out there. Perfect finger food for older babies. I agree with the original poster. I also find that they are filling.

I added frozen peas to this and served it with the frozen Thai spring rolls. I think the portions are small, so I use 2 boxes of the tuna curry for hubby and me. One of the quickest meals in my repertoire of recipes.

Cashews sound like a great idea!

Indian Lentil Stew

This is similar to Dahl (Indian staple lentil meal). At least it's the easiest and quickest substitute for Dahl. I just add ginger powder and lemon juice, then serve with a curry and naans or rice.

I agree..we also use this as raita and serve with Indian currys. Also good as a salad dressing.
