I really like these -- just discovered them, after purchasing the cashew version several times before. I just had a wonderful salad, with spinach, ground peanuts, and shiitake/sesame dressing (which TJ's unfortunately discontinued, but Annie's still makes.) Can't wait to add them to curries and noodle dishes.

I think it is a little watery, but it makes an awesome chilequiles. I'll pull together that recipe and post it.
