I squeeze my own lime juice and stir in cilantro before serving. Nobody notices the difference except me, when I don't have to wash my kitchen tools at the end of the night!

I agree with Emily -- you have to brown them. I recommend onions too, with a little butter for browning. Away from Pittsburgh, these are the best I've found. (Mrs. T's is gross to me! Not a real pierogie at all!)

I've still served them and some people do love them. There seems to be very little middle ground. I like the lemongrass ones better, but I think both kinds are gamey.
