I use this sauce a couple of times a week. I cook up a tuna/salmon/chicken filet, pour about 1/4 cup of the sauce, stir in some tj's organic frozen peas and serve over brown rice. Makes a tasty and super fast dinner, plus leftovers for lnch the next day. I could eat tj's curry sauces every day! I like to switch between this and the red curry sauce.

I used to eat a big muffin from the coffee shop every morning with my iced latte. At about 1000 calories a pop, I wasn't doing my waistline any favors. Enter the Trader Joe's Bran muffin selections. As stated above, these have tons of fiber, whole wheat and even some protein, only 200-odd calories and no artificial sweeteners!! These muffins along with TJ's volcano coffee have altered my breakfast permanently. My wallet and my skinny jeans thank me.

I like the idea of these muffins - low calories, low sugar, high fiber etc. I just think they fall a little short in the taste and texture categories. These taste like diet food to me, although it's good that they don't have artificial sweeteners. I'd rather have some more calories and eat the larger berry mango bran muffins. These little ones might be good for a pre-workout snack since they are small and filling, but as a breakfast food, I can't really get over the sawdust-y texture of the 13 grams of fiber they crammed in there.

I throw about 3/4 cup of this with an egg and 2 egg whites in a dish and microwave for 2-3 minutes while I make my coffee in the morning. Top it with a bit of parmesan or cheddar and it's a tasty and incredibly healthy way to get 1 of the daily recommended 5-9 veggie and fruit servings.
