...and what's wrong with draining and rinsing canned beans? I read that that helps alleviate the gas producing factor (also lowers the sodium). Speaking of which, TJ's white kidney beans are rather crunchy...or did I just get a bad batch?

Just cook some rice, and you've saved yourself $15 on Chinese take-out. Seriously, it's that good. Even though it's baked, you'd swear it was deep fried. Not in a greasy way--it's just the yummy batter and whatever they did to it before they froze it (I don't want to know).

This one of TJ's most economical entrees--it's like 2 lbs for $5. And it's tasty, if you love cheese, because it's very cheesy and saucy...like me, ha! Naturally, it's better baked than nuked, but just remember to thaw it out in advance.

Fire Roasted Red Peppers
These are great but just be sure to use them in a timely fashion because they'll mold if they're in the fridge for more than a few weeks.

100% Desert Mesquite Honey
I'm not a honey fan, but I do occasionally use it in cooking. My husband, however, practically eats it by the spoonful (with peanut butter in whatever sickeningly sweet concoction he's creating) and he's quite pleased with this product. Also like the no-mess dispenser William mentioned.
