This is so delicious! I am calling it "fish pizza" instead as I altered the recipe a bit. All the tilapia was farmed so I opted for the wild red snapper. This is a delicious recipe and it actually surprised me as it sounded strange.

Here is my version (serves 4)
-wild red snapper (in frozen section, super inexpensive too)
-basil
-marinara (large can - my favorite sauce)
-Panko japanese bread crumbs (in spice section)
-Bread: organic whole grain loaf (the kind that is underbaked by trader joe's artisan)
-Quattro shredded cheese

Instructions:
leave fish out on counter for a couple hours to defrost. rinse fish, lay on paper towels to dry a bit. preheat oven to 400. dip each side in beaten egg (1 will do), then dredge in panko. fry in oiled pan for 3 min each side. meanwhile, slice bread down middle. Hollow out the interior bread leaving mostly crust. lay fish on each half - distribute evenly. sprinkle w/basil, cover in sauce, sprinkle w/cheese. Bake for 10 min, then broil for 3 to get top golden a bit. Allow to cool for 5-7 min. Rather than put the pieces together, as a sandwich, I left them open faced more like a pizza. Serve with stonehedge chardonay. AMAZING.

Yogurt Cheese
I love the yogurt cheese. I throw a "handmade tortilla" from TJ's on a non stick pan, flip it over, add the cheese, fold in half and serve w/Tj's salsa verde and a dollip of greek yogurt - all TJ's. The best.

Lara Bar - Ginger Snap Flavor
The Apple Pie Lara Bar is amazing - perfect sweetness, touch of cinamon and gives me so much energy! I eat one before I walk to the gym.

"You asked "1/6" bottle of what" -- It is actually a bottle called "General Tsao" sauce. You can find it in the sauce/condiment section.

I also pour it over ground turkey sauteed w/ fresh ginger and green onions and then make lettuce tacos. Delicious.
