So, so, so, good! Really good with rye bread or crackers. This is the only spinach dip that I purchase now!

Mexican Red Sauce
This red sauce has just the right amount of kick to it. It is the best that I have found.

The sugar is a tad high in these, but what do you expect....they ARE cookies! And really good ones if I do say so myself. The chocolate graham toucans are my favorite. I like to put them in low-fat vanilla or plain yogurt. I only wish that they came in larger packages!

I just discovered this sauce and love it! I simmered some grilled chicken strips in it and then served that over a bed of TJ's organic brown rice with some cilantro and shredded cheddar cheese. Really tasty!!

This is the BEST fruit leather that I have come across! The texture is not "grainy" like other fruit leathers I have tried. So good!
Chicken Mojito with Cuban Black Bean and Rice
I made a very similar recipe:

TJ's grilled chicken strips (already cooked)
EVOO
1/2 bottle TJ's Cuban Mojito Simmer Sauce
2 bags of TJ's Organic Brown Rice (frozen ones)
Chedder Cheese Crumbles
Cilantro

Heat chicken in skillet with EVOO. Add 1/2 bottle of Cuban Mojito Simmer Sauce. Simmer for about 5 minutes.

Cook rice according to directions (3 mins. in microwave).

Add chicken mixture to a bed of rice. Top with cilantro and cheddar cheese crumbles.

This was excellent. But I am definitely looking forward to trying the original recipe.

I make it in the stove everytime (on a cookie sheet sprayed with some olive oil cooking spray) and serve it over TJ's organic brown rice. I know that it is not good for your, but man....it is so good! I am thinking about adding some veggies to change it up the next time I make it.
