I just purchased this product, and while there is no complaint about the size of the shrimp or the butterfly cut, I could tell before I put them in the broiler that they did not appear to have much seasoning on them. I had just bought TJ's Lemon and Dill Marinade so I put a teaspoon of that on each shrimp. Plus I had to add salt and butter and more garlic. After all that, the shrimp were well seasoned and went well with the rice pilaf I had made to nestle them into. I will buy these shimp again because they are way less trouble than buying raw whole ones and doing the butterfly job myself,but I'm keeping the extra seasonings handy.

Truffle oil is an essential in a muffin/egg/hamcheese thingy I make. And with a TJ's just down the street, I never have to worry about finding more when I'm out.

This is fabulous stuff! Easy to make and it tastes fantastic. I will certainly buy more.
