I mix the garlic packet with a cup of mayo and then dip the fries. This cuts the garlic attack. But I like fries with plain mayo too!

I cook these in the oven while warming up the packets of curries I also get at TJs, and serve with the mango chutney and some naan. After baking as directed, they usually need a hit in the mic to get the centers completely warmed. But they're crispy and delish, and my son loves them (and any way you can get a preschooler to eat veggies is a good thing).

I usually serve this as a side, sometimes with chicken substitute (we're vegetarian) tossed into it. I like to let it fry a little long so it gets crispy bits.

I fry seitan or another meat sub, then cook this in the same skillet and mix for a tasty vegetarian main dish. Sometimes I top with a dab of sour cream and sliced avocado. Mmmmm...
