Fried Tuna Cakes with Kalamata Aioli and Micro Green Salad with a Lemon Vinaigrette
This is my recipe, I skipped a step. After the tuna and all the ingredients are combined, form 2-3 oz patties, and place them on top of a plate or sheet pan covered with wax or parchment paper. Then place them in the freezer until firm (20-30 min).
