Chicken Chile Verde
I think this is my favorite thing at trader joes... when it's done cooking I add the juice of one lime, some shredded cheddar cheese and some fresh avocado slices if I have it. SOOOO Yummy. I defrost if for a bit in the microwave before cooking on the stove or it takes forever to unfreeze.

wow, these were amazing and taste just as good as the one's at Houlehan's restaurant (which I have really missed since I moved!). I absolutely loved them and will definitely buy them again. The sauce it came with was pretty good too.

Beware though the serving size is only 2 tablespoons, and the whole package makes only about 4 lettuce wraps - so I easily ate it on my own for dinner. Not so bad since it's only 80 calories and 5 grams of fat per serving x the 3.5 servings in the box.

Tarte Alsace
I burned the bottom horribly! I followed the directions, put it directly on the rack at 475 degrees. 5 minutes later the bottom was black and when I opened the oven door the fire alarm went off! Despite all that, when I scratched off the burned points, and broiled up the top it was delicious :) I'll definitely be buying it again, but maybe try 450 and on a cookie sheet this time. I'm in new apartment with a small-ish oven so perhaps that has something to do with what went wrong.
