This is the BEST spinach/artichoke dip there is! I use to get TGI-Fridays dip, but this is SO MUCH BETTER! This is one of my staples whenever I go to TJ's & it is always there!

I love TJ's but this is terrible. My mom made them for Thanksgiving & the outside was getting burnt while the middle was still doughy. UGH!

I loved this so much, but tried to focus on small portions because it was like 240 calories for half a cup!
The taste reminded me of the type of ice cream they put in yummy malts/shakes at In-N-Out. Best ice cream!

I cook these in a skillet, but find they tend to be still frozen when done cooking, so I pop in the microwave for 10 more seconds. Buy some frozen raspberries & put them in a pot over heat and smash them. It will turn into a yummy sauce & add to sugar. Serve together. YUM!
