Being Chinese-American, my parent frequently buy real Chinese brands of instant noodles from Chinatown. As a result, American instant noodles don't usually taste as good. These rice noodle bowls actually have the authentic asian taste and are a good substitute for the instant noodles I'm used to at home while I'm at college. The Mushroom flavor is also really good (it's not the fresh mushroom flavor you're thinking of, but Asian dried mushrooms (think shittake).
