I experienced something very terrible while eating the pineapple salsa: It was so good that I had to use extreme restraint to keep from eating the whole jar! I was eating it as a snack with chips, but can see how it would be good as a salsa served over a dish.

There is a restaurant around where I grew up that is very well known for it's tomato zucchini soup. It's so good: it tastes creamy and sinful. This soup reminds me of it, only when you look at the nutrition facts, you realize that it is not sinful at all! It's fabulous!

I go to the Weight Watchers message boards multiple times a day, and the chile lime chicken burgers have received rave reviews on that board, so I thought it was worth a try. They were very easy to make -- I just put them in a pan on the stove for about 6 minutes and put them on a whole wheat bun. It seems as though there are a lot of options available, but I went boring and just squirted a little barbecue sauce on it. Very tasty and filling, but not to the point of being too heavy. I will be purchasing them again for sure! The flavor of the chile and lime are not overwhelming, which is what I was afraid of.

I was skeptical when I first tried this meal, but was so pleasantly surprised! The flavor is really great. I am a huge Mexican food fan and order enchiladas at almost every Mexican restaurant I go to. This meal seriously rivals some of the restaurants. One thing that I love about Mexican restaurant enchiladas is the texture of the corn tortilla (how it almost melts in your mouth), and TJ's has replicated that. Recommended!
