I'm a fan of this stuff when I need a lazy meal. The one thing I wish is that it were made with whole wheat pasta--Annie's makes a similar boxed mac & cheese that way, but it costs twice as much.
My suggestions: instead of the usual milk/butter combo, mix the cheese powder with a dollop of plain yogurt before adding the cooked pasta. It's tangier, creamier, and if you use fat-free yogurt, not quite as much of a guilty pleasure as it is otherwise. :) I also prefer to add some wilted baby spinach (added at the end of pasta cooking or put in the colander before you drain the pasta) and/or frozen peas.
